At Automation Solutions Inc., built an end-to-end pipeline that uses LLM-based prompt engineering to extract structured features from unstructured historical proposal documents, feeding a multivariate regression model for capital-project cost forecasting.
Integrated a Fanuc robot with computer vision for automated shaft bin picking in an industrial manufacturing environment. Programmed PLC logic, tuned vision parameters, and coordinated multi-disciplinary installation across engineering and operations.
At the US Army ERDC, optimized neural network training by 90%+ using Bash scripting and distributed batch scheduling on an onsite HPC cluster. Built and validated PyTorch models predicting concrete deformation — R² ≥ 0.99 on holdout data.
